Iby’ingenzi wamenya ku isukari, intungamubiri y’amugi abiri

Isukari ni intungamubiri y’ingenzi igizwe n’ibinyabutabire byitwa carbohydrates (glucides, ibinyamafufu), ikaba ari isoko y’ingufu ku mubiri w’umuntu. 2.Isukari yongerwa mu biribwa

3. Imikoreshereze y’ingufu

Uko umubiri ukoresha isukari (nko mu gihe cy’imyitozo ngororamubiri), bigira uruhare mu kugabanya isukari mu maraso.
